Kahuna joins iconic technology brands such as Workday, Salesforce and SAP as 2017’s Best Places to Work

My four years at SuccessFactors exposed me to scores of HR executives and varied organization cultures – many that struggled and just as many that soared to amazing heights because they genuinely embraced the power of human capital. And I learned a lot over the years from the world’s best human capitalist champions who eventually became great friends: Naomi Bloom, Jason Averbook, Bill Kutik, Brian Sommer, Luke Marson, Jarret Pazahanic, and others. As a result, I was lucky to gain a deep understanding and appreciation for the human spirit – the innate competency and heart that resides inside every one of us, that just needs to be fired up. And, by the same token, the obligation that every leader and manager has, to make every single employee as successful as he or she can be.
And so this one is very personal:
I’m SO stoked to share that Kahuna has been selected as the 2017 Best Places to Work by the San Francisco Business Times and Silicon Valley Business Journal, today. We’re honored to join iconic companies such as Workday, Salesforce, Intuit, SAP and others, on this selective list of bay area companies.
Every team member at Kahuna, past and present, persevered to make this company healthy and viable and amazing. And every leader and manager here went above and beyond to champion the Kahuna values that bind our teams together: we think 10x, we hustle, we speak up, yet, we keep it real.
Big big ups to my Kahuna colleagues in the building. And we’re so looking forward to many new colleagues joining us this year.
I’m truly privileged to work with an amazing bunch of human beings.
